This teaching was the last installation to the Spiritual Warfare series. It was designed as reinforcement learning from the Armor of God Sermon Series. 

The Central Truth: The Church and God's people are under attack and believers must be willing to fight against the forces that oppose God and His Kingdom.  

The Foundational Scripture: Ephesians 6:10-18

In the text the Apostle Paul begins to describe to the church at Ephesus the fact that there is a spiritual battle raging in the heavenly realm. This battle is affecting you and I. It affects every area of our lives; that's because, Satan the enemy doesn't want believers to be successful and living their God predestined lives. Therefore, the Apostle Paul begins the teaching on how to fight a spiritual battle and to be victorious. Engaging in spiritual warfare is only possible if we are properly garmented. We must fight! 

The scripture in Ephesians 6:17, emphasis for the believer to "take the sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God." The Word of God is the only offensive weapon available to utilize against the attacks of the enemy. We are to take the Sword of the Spirit the Word of God and apply its commands and principles to our live to ensure Spiritual Conquest. The lesson on Inspiration and Authority in Scripture is meant to set our focus on the conviction and truth of the Word of God and to present sound doctrine for its application.
